been as high as 195/ 113 and as low as 116/65 with in a 3day period. Not replacing DR with the internet just looking to see what I might be into for others knowledge or experice

More , This new law stuff for DOT and CDL'S I never go far from home but move my own heavy equpiment.Now you are forced to get physcials (spell) so it's a bad deal some days I'm still 21 others 121 blood pressure been checked as high as 195/110 and as low as 115/65 all with in a months time. and of coarse it's highest at the DR's office You are 21? Means you joined up here at the age of 13 or so. Damn son, no wonder you are hypertensive!

Any blood pressure is better than none. That said, it can be too high as well, but zero is bad also!
Check with your doctor.

My doctor raised an eyebrow because my BP was about 15 points high, once (usually very consistent).
She felt more relaxed after I explained that I had gotten a late start - then hit every dmd light through town red!
Told me that with my attitude - that'd do it.

Dude,
get it checked out now,something is wrong somewhere.Some have noticed I have been absent from the "Fire for a while.I have spent the last 6 weeks battling high BP and the effects it causes,I've had two ER visits with out of control Vertigo!
That meant no driving,work or anything else without supervision(wife). You are young, fix it,I am almost 60,so I get to deal with it and pop pills daily...it sucks!

How much mt.dew you drinking a day? 12 pak? 0, I'm sure I drink more Coke than I should though , been trying to cut back. One thing we have seemed to noticed a few mixed drinks in the evening and blood pressure usually drops noticably
