I am not aware of any law that specifies how to determine a person's race. According to archeologist everyone on the planet is a descendant of Africans. This means that we are really African Americans and should be proud of it. So start checking the African American box on forms in the future. This would help end racism because the progressive fascists would no longer be able to point to discrimination based on the number of blacks and white working for a company or living in a certain area. This would end the need for affirmative action and other racist scams because we all are African Americans!

I would much rather check "Native American."

I was born and raised in the U.S. and my parents were born and raised in the U.S. so it is a valid claim.

The point is to save our country from the scourge of racism. Obama has been collecting racism information and is planning to use it to force every community in the country to accept section 8 housing. This would help fight that racism.

It's true that they have genetically traced every human on earth to one man in Africa. We are all African Americans. I started checking that box a while ago. I told my son to apply for scholarships as African American but he's too CS.

race does matter and it always will,end of story.the lack of racist in the last 25yrs has let this country get where it is,in a mess. its allowed us to be invaded by to many races.i liked mexicans ,russians and muslims until they moved here.

However, the ascribed dates on the former are even more subjective than those regarding the latter.

Well Obama has been using them to find evidence of discrimination because if Wyoming doesn't have any black people then it's proof of discrimination. However, if everyone in Wyoming is black then there is no proof and he won't be able to move thousands of black people into Wyoming.

Building a damned wall on the border, and on the western side up the mountain ridge through the PRK, OR, and WA to the Canadian border, then to the Pacific, and on the east restarting the wall along the Potomac and up to the Mason-Dixon Line at the western edge of MD, up the NJ border, across NY and the Tappan Zee, over to and around the border of MA to the Atlantic...that'd solve 99% of the damned problems. The rest Americans could deal with.
