Ordered a Nikon 85mm edg and now need a tripod. I know very little about tripods or spotters either way.
Weight is not an issue for the intentions we have for the spotter. Will be looking at paper while target practicing and filming bean field hunts in the late evenings.
We want a good tripod but don't want to break the bank to do it either.
Any suggestions or thoughts would be appreciated.
Also what head do y'all like?
Thanks in advance.

I would look at the Induro CT 113 carbon tripod as well. The Manfrotto MVH500AH is a very nice head. Very smooth fluid action.

I'm in them same boat. The one I have for my Leupold spotting scope at the range sucks!!! It has the shakes so I also need a different one. The one I aM looking for is a table top. Any recommendations?
