need a holster for sp101 dao iwb, what do you guys use? would like a retaining strap but will they just slip of with no hammer?

You're right--without a hammer, a strap won't help you. Two of my daughters (ages 16 and 13) own sp101s but neither are old enough to carry so I haven't investigated holsters yet.

Maybe try a Galco speed paddle. They're open at the top but have a tension screw near the trigger guard. My experience is extremely limited so I don't know what else to suggest.

Simply rugged makes nice holster. Also don Hume has one I believe that the strap goes over the trigger guard behind the grip.

I was able to try a Bianchi 3s holster this week, it fits so tight the strap will hold it in even hammerless. I didn't see that Galco make a IWB holster. I wear jeans & a t shirt most of the time and at 5'10" & 165 lb. its hard not to print.

I use a simply rugged pancake with my ruger LCP, seems to work well.

I carry my DAO Model 65 in a holster by Sam Andrews. It stays snug, yet is fast to deploy.
