Can you tell the difference between the Berger 185gr. VLD hunting and the Classic Hunting?
I've been shooting Nosler e-tips and ballistic tips but am curious what others have experienced.

Are you referring to on game performance or just profile? The classic line I believe has a hybrid profile to allow for ease of loading at mag length.

Both on game and performance. The bc is very close to the same. Just curious if there's a preference of one over the other for some reason.

So nobody's tried these? Either of them?

I have shot both in my 300 win mags, there both are just as accurate but the Classic hunters were quicker to tune, Vld's took a little more range time if you want easy load work up go with the Classics!

Thanks. I've got a box of each and am looking to cut my bad experiences down by following on somebody else's work rather than reinventing the wheel.
