He was chewing on an old antelope leg, when I spotted his head in the grass.. Got the Swift on him, but my golden Kate couldn't stand it.. So she let out a yip.. He stood to check this out and made a perfect target.. A 50 gr Vmax did the rest.. Maggie is checking him out.. Her first coyote...

Cool beans! The yote looks pretty well haired out for this time of year and the pup is getting some good exposure. grin

Shrapnel, you are anything, but poor!!! You have a large fortune in firearms... And I enjoy seeing them on the site..

ingwe, we sure have fun.. She was not too sure about this coyote.. The antelope she attacked, but she just sniffed this guy.. He was pretty good.. I am having the skin tanned..

I just got back from 3 weeks of hunting in MT.

What do they do with a trapped coon in MT?

[Linked Image]

Shoot him in the head with a 22 and throw him on the dead coons and skunks pile.

I participated in the local ritual. I dumped the animal out of the trap while he was still break dancing. Some day they may make a movie, dances with coons.

Prairie county coyote.... Nash ki yi'd it in, I triple deuced it. Really nice country down there, but not as many deer as we'd hoped to find.
