Nice picture...better than fence post. My son will be carrying his great grandfathers 99EG into the woods this year. The rifle has never killed a deer....yet.

This pair of 99 are what I hope get them trembling. ![[Linked Image]](http://i203.photobucket.com/albums/aa48/oldotter/99%20T%20amp%2099%20F.jpg) Top is a 1953 EG with 3x weaver cross hair reticle, Bottom is a 1940 T with weaver 3x post reticle. Both chambered in 300 Savage. Be a tough choice to see which one follows me out to the blind opening morning, The EG has safe seniority, but......

Those are a couple of dandies. Looks like the T is set up for a sling; that will allow both hands free to drag that UP buck.
