Anyone ran any Quick loads numbers with AR Comp for the Grendel? Looking for data that might approach or equal some of the factory loads out there. Allianz claims they have not worked any data up for the Grendel.

Found a few post that indicate this may be one of the better options out there though I would like to have a little more to go on B4 starting to work up a load. I happen to be working with a bolt action w a 24 inch barrel. Though as may be expected at the few post I find on experience with this propellant are with gas systems.

If there are other propellants that may yield safe pressure with velocities of 2600 fps or better with the SST I would like to know more.

Just bear in mind that grendel load data is limited to 50k psi due to the ar bolt being the weak link. In a bolt gun you don't have that issue.

Tried CFE223 with good results in terms of reducing copper. Not so good in terms of carbon build up. Benchmark has done well in terms of low carbon though copper has been much worse, than I might hope for. IMR 8208 XBR doing very well in terms of carbon and copper has not been to bad.

Accuracy has been up to my expectations with all propellants so far with no load work up. Sure the accuracy will only improve when the action is properly pilar bedded and a little load work is done. I have a warm fuzzy this barrel is going to turn this rifle into my best shooting rifle yet. Or maybe just a typical CZ 527capable of sub .5" on way to regular of a basis to make sense to me.
