I was loading my 9.3 to a 1.149mS node and discovered that the same charge of 69.46 grains got me on the node with both powders.
Are these two powders the same or is this just a fluke?

Fluke. Re-17 is a Rheinmetall powder manufactured in Switzerland. Viht N-550 is not.

While I have not used RL-17 I have used N-550 since 2002 or so in the 308 Win (165's), 338-06 (210's) and 9.3x62 (250's) and have had great results in all. Good to great velocity and great accuracy. Some of the numbers I have seen posted with RL-17 do seem to mimic N-550 performance.
