Have a few to sell. More to come I expect. Add $30 to ship these. Pre-mil 99F 308 with pad. A little edge wear, minor wood marks, always figured it for a .338 Federal rebore but the .358 killed that idea. Just sits here. No cracks. Someone needs it $500. 99A .243 mint $900 Early Savage 110 in 270. Comes with the Weaver rail pictured, very very nice condition. Minor marks and darn few. Metal about perfect. The provenance is what makes that one so special. Yeah Jim I can't shoot a bolt action worth sheit so I'll stick with the lever guns for now. Have my eye on something special...

John, I don't know. This is a featherweight rifle. It will probably too much recoil for a bowhunter from Idaho.  Plus it's a 270, which we all know is... Well, I won't say it.

Ken If the Model 70 guys had been paying attention they'd have figured out what a fine featherweight Savage put together for three or four years back in the late 50's early 60's. Would have made them feel bad about their beloved W's.

John I didn't spend much time with it. It seemed to shoot well. For the daughter I've got brass and dies cheap.
