Picked it up on a rifle trade. I'm not familiar with them as I prefer Leupold.
It's got the BDC reticle. What's it worth? Is it a decent scope?

used they are worth about $100.00- $110.00. They are decent scopes.

I'd say $100 is about right. Though on the local Facebook gun sites any Nikon - or Leupold for that matter - will add $300 to the asking price over the same rifle with the usual Tasco or Simmons. I figure they are hoping to find buyers that don't know the difference between a Prostaff and a Monarch.
Those who must raise their voice to get their point across are generally not intelligent enough to do so in any other way.

People tend to over bid on eBay. I don't think they reflect true market value. Kinda like gun shows........

John I think the $100 is right. I recently sold a 209x50 barrel and pretty sure I left the same pro staff on it for an extra $85.

Sorry sweetsue, but you're looking at the wrong scope......BDC is $179 at Natchez......refurbished $129.....
