Do you really want to know? If so just send him a PM. If you're just wanting to start a bull chit thread then carry on you're off to a good start.

I floated the idea to have one installed on a 6x42 leupold but was told I was a stoooopid phaqher. So I wonder what the change in idea is.

I like the m1 much better myself. As to Stick he has found something he likes better in the last 12 years. Nothing new there I prefer things and to do things differently than I did 12 years ago. I just might not call you a stupid fugger for wanting something else...haha

Then again it does get on my nerves when people ask questions and already have their minds made up. More so when they ask you questions then want to argue with the information they hear.
Not saying you did that.

Just had a CDS installed on my 6x42, a friend had an M1 installed on his 6x42 that I will get to try today. Just wondering the pros and cons of either before the test drive as I will install a turret on the second 6x42 I have.

Pretty much hate the way it's marked and how easy it spins.

The M1 is taller , but don't think its an issue, clicks seem more positive though. The CDS worked fine on its initial outing on my 9.3x66. A 200 yard zero puts me on the target '4"steel disc' at 308 yards with a 3.75 come up. I think further testing will go well. It has transformed this round to one were 500 yard shots/hits are feasible.....even with a low BC (.0339) bullet.
