I just received this AMAZING 4x scope! I bought it "used" but in mint condition last June in Europe. I couldn't bring it with me back home but one of my daughters living there brought it a few days ago.
I have had one 10 years ago and I, foolishly, sold it to a friend ...So I have just mended that...
It weight around 14 oz so is in the upper limit for a 4x scope. But is very strong and has INCREDIBLE good optics!!!
Just share my finding and emotion...There are not many of these on the market. S&B stopped the production of this 4x36 some 10 years ago, like most scope manufacturers, being the exception Leupold, Weaver and not many more...

I must said I am using now (as when I started to use riflescopes....) 4x riflescopes for all my hunting here in Patagonia. I have 4x scopes as spare scope ready with rings and sighted for all my rifles. Some of them with 2,5-10x and others with 1,5-6x scopes. But now, the 2,5-10x and the 1,5-6x are THE SPARE SCOPES ON All of THEM!

I run one of those on my .338-06. A fantastic piece of glass.
