I don't think they're loud all. MUCH quieter than the mud terrain ko2's I had.

If I'm driving with the windows down and radio off I can hear them, but they're not even on the same playing field as a mud terrain

Got a set black Friday. They are quieter than the Goodyear Wrangler ATs that had 60k on them. Nothing else to report so far except the steering may be a bit heavier than before.

Got 'em, like 'em. Yes good quiet AT and decent off-road.

Select-able hubs on a heavy Dodge? Please enlighten me. I'm very interested. It seems that Dodge has the only manual tranny and the only manual transfer case [Tradesman model only] and I'm old enough to not trust Knobs on the dash for such important tasks. Let me know of what mods you've done.

I've got a set on my Tacoma and I'm just over 70k (a lot of highway miles). No complaints off road and pretty quiet on the highway. I'm going to buy another set soon.

Jlimbo. You like the hubs eh? I installed them myself on my 2012 2500 HD. They are called spyntec shorty hubs. They are top quality and have worked very well. I picked up almost 2 mpg when i got rid of the unitized front bearings. It allows you to disconnect the axle and drive line so all of that weight is just not spinning for no reason plus stuff does not wear out either.

They seem to be good off road and on sand/gravel/mud but so far I'm not impressed on wet pavement.

JMP thanks for the intel. That looks like the way to go with hubs.
It's a shame that Dodge or GM wont do that from the factory. Score one for Ford I guess.
