Just recieved mine tonight. Seems like a great boot except the size seems to run small. Anybody else run into this. My usual size 11M looks like it might need to be a 11.5w.

I have to order a wide or they are too tight, never needed a wide in any boots I have ever bought except for Lowas.

Can someone post a link to the 15% off coupon? I'm only seeing the $5 off.

Thanks.

Thanks AkMtnHntr for the link... I am going to order a pair. Should I order a 1/2 size larger than my regular shoe size? I will wear it with med.-heavy wool socks... I noticed that Zappos only has d width on these...

If you register with Shoebuy.com and agree to let them email you with special offers you'll get 20% off coupons fairly often.

After your first order you also get another goofy discount if you order again in something like 60 days.

They will also email you when a certain boot/shoe is back in stock.

I like dealing with them. Good outfit.

I registered at ShoeBuy, for the 10% off, and I was going to buy them there, as Zappo's price went up to $281, when I noticed that ShoeBuy has a 20% off coupon TODAY ONLY, so I got the 20% + the 10%, and got them for $202.28 shipped!

Thats amazing. Thanks!

Man, they didn't take long to jack the price up $50 on those boots.

I have heard great things about them. My Danners went to pieces in Canada last year, they were 2 years old. Then I bought some Lacrosse, and the sole is starting to come apart already. I hope these hold up better.

Mtn Hunter,

Will you please put some Obenaufs on those naked looking boots and go scuff 'em up a little? Sheez......<img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif" alt="" />

Speaking of Obenaufs... Do you use the preservative, or the waterproofer, or both? I wanna make sure I prep em right when I get em. Thanks.

Lowa recommends Granger Nubuck & Suede Waterproofing for their boots. This is posted on their website.

I've had great success with Granger's. It's all I use now. Over the last 30 years or so I've had some limited success with other products but none as good as Granger's. FWIW.

The Brown Dude came over just now and dropped of my Lowas's. Man, they are nice! The quality just pours out of 'em, and they fit GREAT! I love 'em. I think they are worth every penny.

Those boots will put your Danners and Lacrosse to shame. For that price its a steal, I got a pair as backups just cuz the price is sooooo good.
