I have a question for the Christians on the board. Why do Christians have no problem proclaiming judgment when they think a person is going to heaven, but when it's shown that a man was despicable in life, they backtrack and say it's not their place to judge, and that a man's sins are his own?

Because we aren't God and can't see their hearts. We aren't God and don't know what His decision will be and He isn't telling us. Maybe the deceased made amends with God at the last moment. We just don't know.
As for the opposite, there's no problem with praying for good.
Personally, I think Safariman really does have kidney issues. Kidney issues can make people (appear) crazy. I don't think that excuses his behavior, people should be aware of the problems and deal with him accordingly, with charity. (And no, I don't mean give him money. Know that he can't be held to normal standards and avoid dealing with him in ways that play on his weaknesses. Like a blind, senile parent that you don't let drive.)
