damn, looks good.
polenta compliments shrimp very well, lobster too
pork chops, lambs goes well with polenta
have to crack open the bag of red mills corn meal tomorrow

I grew up with polenta served about every other day and never could learn to like it as served. Cold, hard and cubed the next day and I was OK. Same today, won't touch grits either.
