I handled 3 of these at local SW yesterday. 6.5 CM, 270 WIN, and 300 Win mag. I was impressed for what you get priced at 699.00
Fit/ finish was very good, very good trigger, stock feels good for a molded. Safety positive and quiet. Action was very smooth. Looks to be a copy of rem 700 mostly but built better. The long actions looked to have the long 3.60+ length magazine.
Does anyone own one and shot it yet? Interested in how they shoot and opinions on the rifle.

I saw a fellow at the range shooting a wood stock model in .260 IIRC. Darn thing was accurate with 200 yard groups a little over an inch.

Thanks. Well must be too new for many to have an opinion. I'm gonna try to get one in 7 mag. It's twisted 1:9 and hopefully throated so you can seat out a longer bullet a bit.

Didn't Bergara make a copy of the 700 not long ago ? I see this one has three lugs so it bears little resemblance to a 700.

They do drop right into a 700 stock.

I was just cruising their website and they have some nice looking stuff. They have a high line with McMillan stocks as well.

The b-14 is 2 lug. I removed the bolt.

Like Dufur stated, the B-14 bolt has two lugs, the action is very similar to the 700 action, but with a different extractor. I believe it will even take aftermarket 700 triggers. I've fondled them at the LGS, and they seem very high quality. If they had a decent 3 position safety, or if the safety at least locked the bolt I'd probably have one, no such luck though.
