Dang you, just make be bust out laughing in the middle of a meeting with that. I'll vote for whoever wins the primary. I've said that from the beginning. But I reserve the right to speak my mind about all of the candidates until then. All of them (even Jeb <shudder>) is better than the Dem opponents.

Conservatives are that group of people that if given the choice of who to sleep with, Katherine Zeta Jones or Penelope Cruz, they'd argue about it until both women retracted their offer.
The obvious solution is to sleep with both while you can.

Trump is the only thing standing in the way of millions of Muslims being funneled into America by the Bolsheviks.
This country will be Germany 50 times over.
That's a fact. ain't that the truth people lost their minds when Trump said something about foreigners were rapists

...It's Trump or the Democrat in 2016... Sig line material. I think this is how it's turning out. Trump, a complete outsider, is likely the only one of the bunch who can gain enough support across and between party lines.

Trump, a complete outsider, is likely the only one of the bunch who can gain enough support across and between party lines. It could be. But the same polls that show Trump ahead in the Republican primary also show Trump as having a harder time beating Hillary in a face to face showoff than several other Republican candidates. The Trump supporters naysay those polls by saying he'll improve his projected voter turnout after the primary and before November. Lots of folks who were worried about McCain and Romney were also told this.

You're missing the point.
What could Cruz possibly offer Trump were Cruz to win the nomination? Trump isn't going to stay in politics if he's not the nominee.
That's why I say that. Exactly. At the end of the day Trump wants his name on something - currently its the desk in the oval office. The President of the United States could do alot to help Trump maintain his brand....especially one that is beholding to him for telling his followers to vote for him. Just look at what Bush and Cheney did for Halliburton. Trump can't succeed anymore in the private sector. He is already at the top. Now he sees our country collapsing under the rule of Tyrant Obama the Liar and his progressive fascist supporters and in the future disaster of Hillary the Lying Butcher of Benghazi's reign. I believe that he will do everything possible to save our country and that includes helping President Cruz win the election as his vice president. When you think about it he would be a perfect vice president candidate on the stump and in debates. He and Cruz would fight for the nomination and do what ever it takes to win against the evil progressive fascists.

I like Trump but if he doesn't get the nomination I will vote for whomever does. Anyone who stays away will be voting for Mrs. Clinton.
Trump will cut a deal with Cruz: Trump agrees to serve only one term whereupon VP Cruz takes over for the next eight years.

If Trump wins these next four, plan on him staying for another four after that.
Cruz is going to be his VP.
He will get the things done he has said he wants done.

Any Republican who wouldn't pay good money to see Trump debate Hillary has no sense of adventure whatsoever.

Dave Interesting thought. Personally I thought it very possible Trump would select an Independent or even a Democrat as VP in order to pull in more votes. Cruz would definitely consolidate his Republican vote and help override the huge number of people in the polls who say they won't bother to vote for him. Hillary's VP choice is interesting. What if she chose Bill?

Not sure he would stay for eight. He couldn't afford the pay cut for that long.

I doubt he'll do a second term not being a true career politician having gotten his fill of the DC status quo waging war with the other side. He's used to snapping his fingers and seeing instant results which certainly will be his major frustration...

Rush, FWIW, just said that Trump has as many Democrat supporters as Republican.

Hillary's VP choice is interesting. What if she chose Bill? Bill's going to go into hiding for a while. Her campaign can't handle what Trump is going to keep saying about him. Dave

Rush, FWIW, just said that Trump has as many Democrat supporters as Republican. Apparently Republicans are the only ones allowed to be disenfranchised with their party.
