I don't believe Lee does. But he does an outstanding job at a fair price.

All you have to do is drop him a PM and he will get back to you as soon as he can. He does outstanding work at a very fair price.

Jerrad
I was at that stage a few months back and sent Lee a PM. He is was very helpful and friendly.
He now has all my parts and is building a 7/08 AI for me.
Shoot him a PM and he will treat you right.

I would use him but he won't work with Sako actions.
At one time he told me only winchester 70's and Remington 700's buts that some time ago.

Does he have a website? Thanks Nope.. I don't wanna get THAT busy. At my age I just want to work with a pace and amount that I can finish within the owners' requirements. I would use him but he won't work with Sako actions. Yeah, I leave those alone.. At one time he told me only winchester 70's and Remington 700's buts that some time ago.
Dink Well, when I have some extra time I'll even do a Ruger.. I'm just in the gathering parts here and there stage didn't want to bug him yet No problem.. But never hesitate to "bug" me with questions.. It's what I'm here for.. Y'all have a good day today..

Yeah, go ahead and bug the PISS outta Redneck (Lee)!! LOL. Lee's a great guy, and a great gunsmith. I started a project several years ago, a 264 WM based on a push feed M70. Times were tough and money was tight to say the least. I bugged Lee off and on over the course of about 3 years, I think, until we finally got it under way. I bought Williams bottom metal and had it drop-shipped to Lee. I think he had it on his shelf for maybe a couple of years. The action I think he had for a couple years total, as I was scraping money up where I could to piece this thing together. In the end, it turned out above expectations. I've had it in hand for going on 2 years now. Money being what it is and other priorities in the way, it's going to finally be scoped this week. Reloading and testing to follow soon. All that is to say, I think highly of Lee and would recommend him to my best and closest friends. He's a man of character and produces quality work. Not best quality. She's due a photo session after she's scoped later this week.

Mr. Redneck has went out of his way to be helpful to me in answering all of my questions. I am a M70 man completely and have asked him several detailed questions that you seldom see on the web re: M70 function and design. He has been quick to help, extremely thorough, very courteous, and the man really, really knows what he's talking about when it comes to M70s. He's never done any work for me, but I'd not hesitate one moment to have him work on any of my old M70s.

I sent Lee a rem 700 in 223 to be set back and rechambered to 223 Ackley and also cut the barrel from 24 to 20" and recrown. USPS delivered the barreled action to him last Wednesday and he called me today with a question about throating, saying he would have it finished up after lunch. I just got a Pm saying he would ship it back tomorrow morning.
That turnaround is unbelievable, the price was more than reasonable and Lee has been great to deal with throughout.
I can't wait to get it back and get it shooting

Be careful with Lee, he's a 700 hater........ He might try to sabotage your bolt handle.

Is it a metric thread thing? If so, I guess Howas and Vanguards would be out as well.... Well, I could always talk to you about a CRF M70 .340 Weatherby...
This is a shooting forum, there is no place here for logic.
