I was at their place a couple of months ago. An old college buddy and wife flew out and spent a week here with us. Deep Eddy is along the way from our place to Austin. We spent a couple of days in Austin. Had a Bloody Mary there. Good stuff.

that's a head-scratcher here. Probably the #1 .223 and the .300 Blackout. Probably a couple of other interesting things for fun. I am thinking my SxS Ugartechea 12 bore slug gun, my pre-74 358 Win for scoped work and my 41 Special Single Six for the helluvit. Maybe a custom peep sighted 8x57 Mauser carbine.

Gorgeous. 1997 should be a Ruger hammer forged barrel, and probably quite accurate.

#1's like that is what first got me interested in collecting them. A moderately priced rifle (it was probably under $300 list price) with wood worthy of a custom rifle. The #1B's like that, with 26" medium weight barrel are usually quite satisfactory on accuracy, too.  Good Luck!
