It seems as if the buying public has finally figured out that the old school S&W's aren't Easter eggs. A new crop doesn't show up every year.

I've owned a couple of the skinny barrel barrel models, and they were a joy to shoot. Always thought a heavy barrel model would be an excellent shooter, too. I'd like to find another to give to the kid; she just needs to make up her mind if she's going old school or something a wee bit more conventional.

No comment here either. One of the best threads going. A couple of Taurus 44 SPL's. I know some here will faint at the sight of a Taurus but these two are scary accurate and rock solid so far. Great triggers to boot.
