Apparently a big scare on. Transmitted by mosquitoes it causes birth defects when contracted by pregnant women. Babies born with abnormally small heads, and significantly reduced brain function.. Call me a conspiracy theorist but it sounds like a ploy to bring on a whole new generation of democrats.
