I watched it several times. staying in bet waiting to heal up gives me lots of time to watch. Take a little advice my friend, if you break a law then repeatedly boast how you will die rather than be arrested, then do not go for your gun when they finally catch you.
He got out of the truck with hands out, walked clear of the truck then dropped his hands. He may have been reaching for a cell phone or a pack of gum but I really doubt it. In my mind he got what he wanted and not the officer has to live with it as do his kids who watched.

The video says that the pocket he reached for a couple times contained a loaded 9mm. Who knows what he was thinking but his actions could easily be construed as violent.

Plenty of angles of the truck on the video and not 1 bullet hole evident. Are you really so dim as to think that if there was "over 100 shots" as this girl claims that all but the 3 that struck Finicum missed their target?
Also you again wrongly state the other occupant was "shot" when in reality he had a shrapnel wound and was treated and released from the ER that night. GSW's dont discharge same day. You assume that shrapnel came from a bullet when in reality a flashbang or the oc rounds could have easily caused shrapnel.

Mallard, It's not hard to see numerous rounds hitting the truck, both along the passenger side, and many into the windshield, coming from some where in front of the truck. Windows on passenger side all shot out too.
