I don't think that is overstating the case given the hardcore libs on the SC now..........in conjunction with the likes of Feinstein & Schumer, the SC will do a lot of damage in a hurry if they get a majority.
All kinds of locales will implement various gun related bans & the SC will uphold them, in effect making new law w/o any input from Congress.
That's how it will go down.
A lot of people on the fence better wake up real quick like.

If gun manufacturers are held liable, as well as individuals that own firearms; it would be a wet dream for libbys.

I would love to restrain Sotomayor and Kagan and ask them exactly what kind of law would represent a violation of the second amendment. Or the 10th for that matter.

Sotomayor and Kagan were courtesy of consensus and compromise by republicans. SOBs

We are living in dangerous times for our freedoms. They could disappear over night. More than half the people in the USA are too stupid to know what is right.

And there are fools out there claiming to be pro-2A that voted for Zero and gave us two relatively young leftie judges there already... it is ugly!
Mark Begich, Joaquin Jackson, and Heller resistance... Three huge reasons to worry about the NRA.

MM Thats why we gotta run more Conservatives for both house and GET 'em ELECTED... Who says there should only be 9 SC judges on the Court OR that some of these senile leftist are entitled to lifelong tenure? Who says you have to fund or house a leftist Courts like the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals that "legislates" from the bench. There are remedies available to the Congress. Ask Ted Cruz if ya dont believe me.

This is what I and many others have been saying for years, and that being the Constitution ain't worth the paper it's written on.
Whoever holds the powers of the Courts will determine what the Constitution means and what it doesn't mean.
Experience hath shewn, that even under the best forms of government those entrusted with power have, in time, and by slow operations, perverted it into tyranny. Thomas Jefferson

Sotomayor and Kagan were courtesy of consensus and compromise by republicans. SOBs Conservatives never learn that dealing with the libs off the top of the deck with honesty & integrity never works because the libs never deal that way.......they never compromise & they never keep their word either. The only thing worse than a liberal is a liberal that thinks they're a conservative.
