The OFV headstamp is used by the Varangaon Arsenal in Bhusawal india. not real stellar reviews http://www.gunboards.com/forums/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=18416&SearchTerms=indian,ammo at worst its a serious risk to safety and your guns.and undoublty youve seen this http://www.cetmerifles.com/forum/vb/showthread.php?t=11183
