Magna cum Laude. She was a 4 year 3 sport athlete, in show choir, and is a heck of a singer. She was varsity on two state championship volleyball teams and runner up in basketball. She is very conservative for her age. It's kids like her that give me hope for the next generation. She is now on to college for a wildlfe biology degree and has a spot on the volleyball team, NCAA DII Sorry to brag. I'd be proud of her too. even if she wasn't a beautiful young lady but she is. You must have done something right in raising her. Congratulations to both of you and her mom.

Wildlife Conservation seems like it would be a rough row to hoe for a woman. The only female CO that I ever met was Dana Miller here in Nebraska and she seems to have disappeared from the CO roster.
I hope that she is able to continue on the same trajectory that she started in high school and has great success in college and beyond.

Thanks for the kind words. She is 6'1" tall and really has a hard time taking crap from anyone.
Jeff, wildlife is her first choice. She has also pondered teaching. Biology of any kind is her thing.

Kids are a product of their environment. Being a Scoutmaster, lord knows do I have to deal with that weekly...

Great stuff and you should be proud! You have raised a smart, capable, beautiful young lady. Congrats! She's definitely an accomplished young lady, who is on to even more accomplishments.
Sounds like she has a good head on her shoulders too. I'd bet she can thank her parents for that role model.
