Scallops and spaghetti squash.
Scallops were fresh/wild, patted dry and dusted with corn starch, cayenne, s-n-p. Sautéed in olive oil/butter. Very slight slash of lime to finish.
Squash with mushrooms, bacon, and an herbed cheese sauce.

99's- Those little loin chops are some of my favorite pieces of meat ever. Yeah, all too rare a treat these days. Grew up eating Lamb as a staple, in Australia. It was as cheap there, as pork is here !

Last night was simple too.
Walleye fillets, dredged in seasoned flour, pan fried in olive oil, asparagus sautéed in butter & S&P & a lovely garden salad with grape tomatoes, red onion,feta cheese & red pepper dressing.
