How do most work out bullet seating depth when reloading for an ar15??? Only ever done this for bolt actions before, when I want bullets seated fairly close to lands for accuracy.

Will be getting my first factory AR carbine with a 16inch barrel 223 shortly, so all new to me. Im presuming most factory barrels would be long throated so could possibely seat bullets out as far as magazine lenth allows.???

Would welcome any advice.....

Unless you have a custom barrel throated to suit you, factory barrels won't have bullets close to the lands at mag length of 2.255-2.260" max.
