This super dynamic combat trigger has caught my attention.
That other thread sent me searching and reading. There are a LOT of options now.
What are you guys using that you like best? I am trying to build another SPR and I want it perfect. Then I can get back to doing other things... HA!
AND... how do you pronounce Geissele?
Guy's lee ??
Ghee sul ?

For an SPR (semi-auto precision type) rifle there is no trigger finer than the Geissele match rifle trigger. I have run most of the Geissele line over the years and have narrowed my preferences to that model for accurate rifles and the SD3G for blaster carbines. If a carbine doesn't warrant that level of performance I'd go with the ALG enhanced model for $70. There isn't another two-stage that is worth the $ for an accurate rifle, IMO.

I have a Geissele match and couldn't agree more. It's a fine trigger.

My favorite "Guys-Lee" for an SPR type rifle is the SD-E. I really like the flat trigger face. It feels a little heavier than the SSA-E but breaks just as clean. I haven't tried any of the adjustable ones, I've been very pleased with the others that just drop in.
Another one to give a look is the LaRue MBT. Very high quality trigger and breaks just as clean as the Geissele's. Of course, individual results may vary based on your receiver.

yes, in two of my lowers the SSA-E triggers are lighter than in other receivers, the Ruger SR762 lower is one of them.

If you're running an SSA-E and haven't tried the Match, you should. I have several SSA-E and there is no comparison.

They list three different match triggers. What are the differences? Don The only differences in those 3 are the 1st and 2nd stage springs. You can change them out yourself to your liking. I bought mine at Rainier Arms years back and they included all three spring sets with mine. I'm not sure if they still do that or not.

Enhanced has a lighter trigger. SSA = 2.5 lb. first stage and 2 lb. second stage. SSA-E = 2.3 lb. first stage and 1.2 lb. second stage.
Both are very nice triggers. The G2S has the same pull weights as the SSA with a budget price; also very nice.

I replaced the trigger on my 6920 with a SSA-E and love it. I don't think it is too light. This is the only Geissele that I've tried so I can't compare with others.
