Hillary Clinton leads Donald Trump in four crucial swing states, according to a new poll out Friday, good news for the Clinton campaign that has seen other surveys show the presidential race tightening in recent weeks. The Polls finds Clinton with high single-digit leads in Colorado, Florida, North Carolina and Virginia. But she is tied in Ohio and behind in Florida and Pennsylvania . Right now, for what it is worth, the race is a toss up but many things will happen between now and November.

We haven't had a summer this hot in a long time. Not as hot as I've seen; I was working as a "lot boy" at a car dealership in the late '60's detailing cars, etc.
That year we had 10 consecutive days where the high was over 100 degrees PLUS our normal humidity. It was pretty hateful! Sweating like a mofo.

Very true but the selection of the woman hating Pence will take his campaign backwards..
Trumps made the mistake of taking his group further to the Right and away for the bulk of votes. Not a clever strategy at all and one that I fail to see will boost his numbers all the way to november

I just went to the grocery, to pick up some provisions, and saw the strangest thing. In the meat department, there was a great deal of meat. This wasn't just any meat...this meat was cut up into servings and packaged so that people could just PICK IT UP AN TAKE IT HOME...even though the butcher had long since gone home.
There was also a sale on eggs $.87/18 count, limit 2, if anyone is in need of eggs

Just days before the Republican National Convention is expected to formally nominate him for president, Donald Trump has taken his largest lead yet over Hillary Clinton.
The latest Rasmussen Reports weekly White House Watch survey of Likely U.S. Voters finds Trump with 44% support to Clinton’s 37%. Thirteen percent (13%) favor some other candidate, and six percent (6%) are undecided. (To see survey question wording, click here.)
This is the third week in a row that Trump has held the lead, although last week he was ahead by a statistically insignificant 42% to 40%. This week’s findings represent Trump’s highest level of support in surveys since last October and show Clinton continuing to lose ground.
The pessimist complains about the wind; the optimist expects it to change; the realist adjusts the sails.
