Convention is over, and Ted Cruz didn't get the GOP POTUS nomination.

No Rocky Curdog wouldn't do that, when he goes to his lease or fishing for days at a time, he doesn't get on the net. He doesn't strike as a man who would welch.

If Gene made a bet, he'll pay up.

I've never met Gene but if his character on here is any indication, his word is good enough for me.

He had a bunch of car trouble trying to get to the Quemado gathering, he posted on that thread a couple days ago.

I too expect he'll be good on the bet, whatever it is

Please allow me to make it clear to the Campfire brethren I've never had any doubt or concern of Gene honoring a bet. I'm just enjoying yanking his chain a little bit! wink

Gene,

I neither need nor desire the bullets. How about just posting up a brick or two of .22lr for one of the Campfires youth gratis in exchange?

I'll be glad to provide some 22 shells for some youngsters on the campfire [ or anywhere you choose] but You'll have to explain how that would work. I don't think ammo can be mailed, can it?

Ammo can be mailed via UPS or Fedex.

A Cabela's gift card, or any other shooting/hunting/outdoor gear would be ideal in lieu of .22lr for a deserving campfire members youth. I'll match whatever route you decide.

I'm fine with whatever. I think it's a win/win/win. Just toss it up here in the Main Forum instead of the Classifieds, otherwise you'll be inundated by those here just to buy & sale.
