Seems like the City University of New York has chosen to honor convicted cop killer and fugitive Joanne Chesimard , now known as Assata Shakur, and living in Cuba. They have named a student center for her, and the NYC tax payers get to foot the bill, while radical students thumb their noses. cop killer memorial student center

The continuation of police practices like dynamic entries and running off at the Taser will create many more "heros" like this.
