One of my favorites is- Alaska hunting Adventure: 700 Miles alone by Backpack and Raft. Not a super "slick" production though. It's one guy filming his personal trip down the Sheenjek River over a 6 week trip. He does some great backpacking at the river's source high in the Brook's Range.
