Wouldn't the VP nominee step up? I can't see the party figurehead not leaving on schedule, he will be replaced with another. The choice is not for a person, it is whoever they want us to have to start with and said person toes the party line. Trump is something of an exception to this.

Then he began doing them. So I believe he now considers himself King. If he regards the term of his election being forced out, what else might then the King do?
