wonder what the rules are on that? or are there any? can the DNC just pick somebody that nobody voted for? seems unlikely. i'm thinking that old Bernie is polishing his shoes about now. The answer to your question is in the other thread about this. What Judge Napalitano said on Fox tonight is the DNC can pick another candidate at any time with a simple majority of the 115 (or so) members. Hillary would be allowed one vote too. They just seem to do whatever seems right in their own eyes.
We may know the time Ben Carson lied, but does anyone know the time Hillary Clinton told the truth?

i can see hilliry on the campaign trail in a coffin. after all the dem's get votes from the dead so why not votes for the dead.
