Tipi: I have a "5 man" tent tipi and a wood stove for sale. The tent is ideal (to me anyway) for 2 guys, plus gear, plus stove. 3 guys might work with the stove as well. This is about 4-5 years old. I have only used it a handful of times. I'd say it has only been used 12-15 nights. Excellent shape. No tears, rips, burn holes whatsoever that I know about. It has been seam sealed. Zippered door on front and back (adds a little weight but also makes it easy to get in and out). Tent stakes included (pretty beat up from rocky soil on last trip). No center pole included. I always just cut one to size in the woods and that seemed to work great. It does come with a double pocket cordura sleeve that will allow you to use trekking poles as a center pole (also works good). I think it's roughly 12' across and about 6' (maybe 5'6"ish) at the center.
Stove: this is a freebie with the tipi. I made it myself and I hate to see it go, but I'll have no use for it. It is a DIY!! It is not perfect! That being said, it works really really good. It is stainless and the pipe is stainless as well. It draws quick, doesn't smoke the tent up, and provides a ton of heat when it's burning. I've never been able to get it to burn all night, so don't expect that out of it. It works great for getting warm and drying clothes. I'd start it in the mornings from my sleeping bag, then get up and get dressed. There is some fiddle factor with putting it together and I can help the new owner over the phone if needed (it's pretty intuitive though I think).
I'm going to ask $450 shipped to CONUS. I feel like that's a good deal for someone here. I have way more in it than that. Edited to include weight....if my memory is correct, it was right around ten lbs for everything when I packed in last time..
