To help finance another project rifle, I have for sale a Winchester Model 70 XTR Featherweight in .30-06. The rifle was made in 1980, but is almost as new and has never been fired. Included with it are the Weaver bases and rings and the Tasco World Class 3-9x40 .22 scope, shown in the photos. The rifle with scope, bases, and rings weighs 7lbs-9oz. It has a few minor dings from living the last 36 years in a safe, and I've tried to show them in the photos. The price is $550 shipped to your FFL in the lower 48 from a non-FFL. Add $30 if you require it to be shipped from an FFL holder. The rifle was bought by a gentleman for a western hunting trip that never came together, and he never fired it or used it. He no longer had the original box or papers. I don't know who mounted the scope on it (or why it's a .22 scope). Again, shipped to your FFL holder from a non-FFL holder in the lower 48, the price is $550. Add $30 if you require shipment from an FFL holder. First "I'll take it." posted in the thread gets it. Wish I needed a 7th 30-06. That is a sweet one. Those XTR push feeds are top notch, especially in the featherweight version.
