I hope he pardons her. If not she will be on the news everyday. The media will give us 45 minutes of her prosecution, and 15 for trumps new policies. I don't want to see her on TV every night, and the media chiming in that she is a victim. She will take to much attention away from things that need to be covered. I hope she and bill retire somewhere quietly and just fade away.

I don't think you realize the extent of her traitorous actions while secretary of state...she's not alone...Obama was president and had to approve what she did...there's a whole schitt load of traitors that were complicit & they need to be held accountable... If the "snowflake" protestors had a clue about what the Obama administration did during her stint as secretary, these "protestors" would be heading to DC....If she and the others are allowed to get away with this schitt, it's only gonna empower the others with an agenda... It not just about her mishandling of classified material, lying to Congress/FBI, destruction of evidence....It's a lot deeper and darker than you would think.

She'll get the pardon. And there's nothing Trump or the congress can do to undo it. But the pardon can only be for things she has already done. Future crimes are most certainly still on the table.

She needs to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

O can't pardon her unless she agrees to accept it. That's a declaration of guilt. If she's guilty, then O's guilty, too. This could get interesting. It would be extra interesting if O tried to pardon himself. I'm sure it would end up before the supreme court.

United States v. Wilson, 32 U.S. 150 (1833), was a case in the United States in which the defendant, George Wilson, was convicted of robbing the US Mail in Pennsylvania and sentenced to death.[1] Due to his friends' influence, Wilson was pardoned by Andrew Jackson. Wilson, however, refused the pardon. The Supreme Court was thus asked to rule on the case.[1]
The decision was that if the prisoner does not accept the pardon, it is not in effect: "A pardon is a deed, to the validity of which delivery is essential, and delivery is not complete without acceptance. It may then be rejected by the person to whom it is tendered; and if it is rejected, we have discovered no power in this court to force it upon him." Therefore, Wilson was hanged.[2]

the TV show "Hell on Wheels" made good use of this decision. The woman minister shot the bad guy who had killed her adopted son. She shot him in down in the street and she was sentenced to hang. The territorial governor offered her a pardon but she refused. He stood next to the gallows and loudly offered it to her again at the last minute but she still refused and they hung her.

The fact she will get a pardon is a given, no point in arguing that. The thing is that when you shake the dirt out of a rug you don't get to choose which dirt comes out. That would be both Democrat dirt and Republican. So, the Republican establishment will certainly welcome a pardon. They may not say so, but behind closed doors they will.

Even if she's pardoned, I'd like to see a full investigation so we know just how bad it really was. It's the people's right to know.
