Ok, if I have a 257 Roberts, 25-06, 25 WSSM, and an 8x57 (two actually) do I need a 300 WSM? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> a win Feather wt in 300wsm is calling my name and I really don't need it. I need to save my money for that "deal" I always stumble upon when I am broke.
Whatever you are willing to put up with, is exactly what you will have.
When your ship comes in. ... make sure you are willing to unload it.

Well, it seems that you have gaps in your stable above and below the quarter-bore. You NEED a barnburner varmint caliber, 22-250 AI, 22 BR, or 220 Swift. Some may argue that a 25 WSSM *is* a barnburner varmint caliber, but it is not a 22. You may have some breathing room before you must fill this need.
The 8x57 is a dandy cartridge, but clearly you also NEED something in the magnum class in a bore anywhere from .308" to .375". Maybe more than one.
And if you anticipate the urge to kill somthing that might reciprocate that desire, you will NEED something in the magnum class with a bore size from .416" to .577".
