His son was killed in Iraq, he had no other family. He'll be buried with full honors.
Tues nov 29 at 10am Oregon trail state veterans cemetery in Evansville.
If my wife and I can make it work we're going to drive the 5 hours over to honor this VETERAN.

I found out too late that an Army buddy died homeless in Dallas in 2005. Breaks my heart that I didn't know in time to help him out or at least attend the funeral.
