The team has made arrangements for players who do not wish to stay at Trump SoHo to sleep in a different hotel this week for the Cavs’ game against the Knicks on Wednesday, general manager David Griffin said. James will be joined by nearly half the team at the alternate hotel. Griffin added that the team hasn’t booked stays at any other Trump- branded hotels this season, but may stay there if the Cavaliers and Knicks meet in the postseason. James publicly endorsed Hillary Clinton for president and introduced her at a pre-election rally in Cleveland.

I seriously doubt that President Trump needs any of that friggin thugs money.  And it will be just one less room the Hotel has to fumigate after the Team checks out.

Micheal Jordan didn't get political and can sell anything. Tigers Woods never got political and he single handedly made NIke Golf for nearly 20 years.
The Black Sports figure gets a tremedous amount of pressure to stand up and speak out. The Black leaders desparately want another Muhammed Ali to rile up the White establishment and gve the Brothers something to rally around. MJ and Tiger got constant criticism for not jumping into the fry, but are all the better for it.
