Thanks... Ranks pretty high on the cool list for sure...
INGWE...even though I've heard the same, I reckon I'll pass this go round.
117lbs... Yes, there was 4 in the group. When I found them in the glass, they all were making their way up the canyon wall to where they denned up.
MadMooner... 2 shots involved, just me shooting.
Colin... I'd imagine you'd be right. Didn't argue with the lil lady when she said we are lifesize mounting the big girl.

I had two come up behind me when I was covering a bear crossing. They didn't know I was there. When I swung the gun over to get on them, they bolted into the brush. Both were big, but the second was really big. Very impressive at close range!
Thanks for shooting some deer killers.

That is a once-in-a-lifetime event for sure. Just seeing that many adults together is odd, but to have a chance (and the ability) to shoot two of them is fantastic!
That will be a cherished trophy and the deer are all having a convention thanking you!

Hey Josh
Know anyone around La Grange area by the name of Jason Urban? He just showed me these same pictures while I was doing an electrical inspection on some of his work here in town.
Seems he might know you.

Very cool and great shooting! Hopefully you can have some nice taxidermy done. Personally I like how the rugs are in TR's office in his home Sagamore Hill. The heads do look a little funky but was taxidermy over 100 years ago so he gets a pass. When we were on the tour the guide pointed out the eyes in the back lion are turned to look at you as you come through the door.

THAT is pretty friggin cool!
Plus, you got some REALLY good eating there and a nice change from venison. Try it! You'll like it! THIS. The loins and the hind quarters are excellent roasted with the same seasonings as a pork roast. Don't laugh! It's grand!

LOL, I'll let Jason know you know him well next time I see him. One of our best local electricians.
Good job on the cats! Nice shooting, most folks don't shoot that far.
Its really a chip shot if you practice and know whats up though. Regardless nice shots and good job!
And good to know you can claim he isn't related. LOL

Great job Josh, nothing beats the thrill of seeing a Lion in your cross hairs, hard to imagine 2 of them and seeing 4 of them.
I second the palate suggestions which have been made....we ate mine from last year. Darn good eating.
