I sent in a Minox ZA 3 3-9x40 riflescope that I bought in 2011. It is no longer in Minox's product offering. It had a wobble in the power ring and eyepiece that showed up this fall. They said it was a problem with an o ring and they would fix it. Sent it in, got the repaired scope back in about three weeks and an email the week before it showed up telling me it was on the way.
I appreciated the prompt service and good communication.

Had equally good CS on a Binocular I sent in last year.

Actually, they replaced the bin rather than repairing it.

I had dealings with them last year on a used pair of binos I bought here.
The eyes cups didn't extend out the same distance so when you put them to your face one was about 1/8" further out than the other. Explained this over the phone, in an email, and in a hand written note in the box I sent them. Never had the original box so I sent the defective binos in a box that belonged to another pair of Minox I own. In 2 weeks I received the defective binos back in the same condition they left here in, packaged in a plain brown box. I fired off another email explaining again the problem, and telling them I wasn't too pleased with their CS. I was out shipping/insurance for my Binoculars, I had lost the box for my other binos, and these still had the same problem. ?
The next morning I received a call from their service guy and we went over the problem again. Three or four days later my old box arrived with a new set of eye cups that work as they oughta.
We had a little rough sledding, but it all worked well out in the end.
I really like the binoculars.

At least as far as binocs go,(I don't have any experience with their scopes) I think Minox is the best value in the business. I have three pair of them and they consistently outperform their price point.
