Trying some new things for me.

I like the middle most and then the right one of these three. Less cluttered, IMO. Could omit the blue color.

Of those, I like the middle the best, but IMO you just can't beat GAP camo.

You could name the center paint scheme "Kids Gone Wild" or maybe "Feral Clown"

Always liked the combination of light and dark grays with some orange mixed in. Maybe orange webbing or a GAP combo. Above stocks look great though. Using krylon or duracoat (or the like)??

Pattern wise I like the leaf pattern on the one on the left. I agree that I would lose the blue and maybe add some of the green like the one on the right.
Unless your looking at the sky, blue is a rare natural color.

Thanks gentlemen. But now some questions.
What is GAP?
Tiger stripes in shades of grey?
Tiger stripes in shades of brown / tan?
The blue is actually a shade of grey that I have.
One of several.....i can fix that.
The middle pattern is supposed to have a WWII look. A tribute to my dad and other WWII vets.

For me, that blue color has got to go. Left or right has potential. Don't see any WWII in the middle, and would agree with DakotaDeer's assessment.

I'd lose the gray completely, and instead of the turd brown, perhaps a medium/ dead oak leaf tan as a base. Out of those three number 3 looks best to me, but i do like the fern thing in a camo pattern too.

Put a few of those oak leaves on the stock and spray a coat over them, makes a nice camo pattern.

google "GAP camo stock" and you'll have thousands of examples to choose from...

Here's an example from the horse's mouth:

Same here, I like the left and right but not the blue/gray. Maybe a tan instead?

The one on the right is the best to me. It has some great fading going on. Would love to know how to duplicate that one in detail.

The one on the left is great too, really like the ferns and such a person can add.

The one in the middle does nothing for me personally.

None appeal to my taste. But thats my personal preference.

I like the solid colors with the differnt color webbing.

Maybe solid colors, with stripes?
Red and black tiger?
Black and white snow camo themed?

Good luck, It will be interesting to see what you come up with.

I like the one on the right best then the middle one but maybe not so many colors. Tiger stripes sound good too!

I've done a white with black spider web. See my other post. It didn't photograph well, but those who have bought them really like it.
