I haven't found anything in the search and was just wondering if anyone has used Konus scopes and had to use the warranty? Opinions? Just curious mainly, as I am a SWFA fan.
You did not "seen" anything, you "saw" it.

I am sure you would need a good warranty with a Konus, save your pennies and buy a decent scope.

I have a Konus spotter for range work and have been very happy with its performance. That said, I'm in no hurry to try one of their rifle scopes. I don't necessarily think you're guaranteed to need to use the warranty but it seems like there are plenty of other options out there with more of a track record.
