I am in an X Bolt w/same bbl length and have had great luck with the Hornady ELDX Precision Hunter. Heard mixed results with Nosler Trophy Grade Long Range. I am looking for the Federal Fusion as soon as it is available.

Hunted with the Hornaday 143 ELDX this Fall. It and the 140 ELD Match both will shoot just under an inch at 100 yards. The Hornaday 129 SST will shoot 3/8 inch at 100 yards but I wanted the heavier bullet for elk. Just picked up a box of Fusion 140 grain but have not shot them yet. This is out of a Kimber Hunter.

Whoa Dude! FACTORY AMMO? Heretic. Don't you know where you are? That pre-packed stuff won't make it out the barrel! Factory stuff is for making once fired brass to make the real stuff. :-)
Why does a man who is 50 pounds overweight complain about a 10 pound rifle being too heavy? SCI Life Member 4**
