Lot of folks have short memorys. Giants barely beat D in the first game of the season on what many sportscasters said was bad call. The caught ball wiggled under Dez when he landed on it in the end zone. Oh, some forgot, rookie QB and RB.
A rookie QB, Sanchez, played 3/4 the game with other youngsters on the line for D the second time the G won.
3. D had the home field adv. won already.
4. So GB has 'progressed'. Duh. Are they the Lone Ranger or something?

This will not be a replay of "The Ice Bowl".

This will not be a replay of "The Ice Bowl". There's an awful lot of reciting what's happened in the past in this thread, we might as well go way back.

Pittsburgh New England Atlanta Dallas Same here and Dallas over NE in the Super Bowl. Garrett, over Belichik? You must be high... Nothing out of reason about it. This is the season (year) of upsets. Brexit, Trump, Army over Navy, etc.... Sometimes things appear to be either destiny or rigged. The Patriots won right after 9/11. I thought that was fitting. It also seems fitting while we are making America great again that America's team should win the Super Bowl. Yeah, maybe I'm high. But it is my dream! "America's team"... a media creation that was offered to the Steelers first and they told the media to piss off. Of course it was a media creation. And I heard the same story. I am enjoying the Cowboys for the first time in a long time. It shouldn't be any skin off your nose.

The NFL does better when Dallas (and PIT and OAK and GB and the Skins, and a few other old teams) do well. That makes good to see, though they need to dump the Kaepernick crap (different subject all together). Dallas has a great young team and the best O-line in probably thirty years (since the Hogs). When it comes to D, they aren't great, and if it comes down to coaching, they are screwed. Should be a great last few games, though, all the way around.
America needs to understand that our troops are not 'disposable'. Each represents a family; Fathers, Mothers, Sons, Daughters, Cousins, Uncles, Aunts... Our Citizens are our most valuable treasure; we waste far too many.

D struggled winning a lot of games and never really looked strong, but they were strong enough to get this far. I dont think they can beat NE because the coaches and Jones arent smart enough.
Ex. Several games ago after a win they said they had found the "key". Pound the D line with Elliott the second half and wear them down and win with the run.
Duh. Why wait until the second half to wear the D down? Earl Campbell did it all through the first half.
Then, all of a sudden Elliot "matures" and starts trying to find a hole. Well, so much for that idea.
Still, I figure if the refs dont help GB, sqweeler will sound like a stuck pig Sunday evening.

Pittsburgh New England Atlanta Dallas ^^^This^^^ But I sure would love to see Houston beat New England. Ole Tom Brady is thanking his lucky stars that JJ Watts won't be playing! And.............................................. HOW BOUT THEM COWBOYS!

I like the Packers but just don't know how all of those injuries to starters is going to play out. Cowboys are very healthy with D backfield getting a couple players back. Rogers will have his hands full.
Pittsburgh is about to run into a defense. That game could come down to a turnover or special teams play.
NE - should be another bye week. Their path to the Superbowl looks pretty smooth. Commissioner must be fuming.
Atlanta and Seattle may just be the best game of the weekend. Can see this one being a shootout and home field being the deciding advantage.

Just need the Patriots and the Seahags to go down next week, so there are no more blue state teams left. Titans......LMAO.
Jed York does not own the 49ers; Russell Wilson does.
