I had never heard of this Lead Free ammo before but found it online for $16 a box.

I picked up a Savage LWH in .243 from the Campfire classifieds and used it for it's first range day, this ammo shoots great!

Did a quick bore sight and I hit high and left BUT first 3 rounds were right at .75 inch at 100! Did a few adjusts to put it at 2 inches above bullseye and again shot 3 rounds under an inch!

Bullets look like a TSX but with a much larger and deeper hollow point, write up on the box claims the deep hollow point ensures consistent expansion.


Anyone hunt with it?

I used too with my 270 wsm. Very effective and accurate in my gun.
