Hillary Clinton garnered more than 800,000 votes from noncitizens on Nov. 8, an approximation far short of President Trump’s estimate of up to 5 million illegal voters but supportive of his charges of fraud.
Political scientist Jesse Richman of Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia, has worked with colleagues to produce groundbreaking research on noncitizen voting, and this week he posted a blog in response to Mr. Trump’s assertion.
Based on national polling by a consortium of universities, a report by Mr. Richman said 6.4 percent of the estimated 20 million adult noncitizens in the U.S. voted in November. He extrapolated that that percentage would have added 834,381 net votes for Mrs. Clinton, who received about 2.8 million more votes than Mr. Trump.

Mr. Richman calculated that Mrs. Clinton would have collected 81 percent of noncitizen votes.
“Is it plausible that non-citizen votes added to Clinton’s margin? Yes,” Mr. Richman wrote. “Is it plausible that non-citizen votes account for the entire nation-wide popular vote margin held by Clinton? Not at all.”
Still, the finding is significant because it means noncitizens may have helped Mrs. Clinton carry a state or finish better than she otherwise would have.

800,000 illegal votes or 1 illegal vote. Its the same to me.

look at this 'research' as sop, thrown out there to appease Trump, but designed to really bury the number of illegals voting. I'd be more inclined to believe that millions of illegal votes were cast in California and New York alone.

Kalifornication alone would be way over 800,000.
When it was going to be investigated during the recalls the libs said,oh well, no need to investigate now.

New Study Supports Trump’s Claims
A new study finds that Hillary Clinton received votes from more than 800,000 non-citizens on November 8th which is a litte short of Trump’s claims but strongly supportive of his his charges that fraud did in fact take place.

The study comes from political scientist Jesse Richman of Old Dominion University who worked with colleagues in his groundbreaking research on non-citizen voting.

The mainstream media has been attacking President Trump over his claims that up to a few million non-citizens voted in the election. While that assertion maybe a little over-exaggerated it isn’t far off if nearly 1 million non-citizens did in fact vote during the 2016 Presidential election.

I agree that it is significant that some are taking notice of the issue.
But this guy's research is guesswork. And we have no idea how he came to his conclusions.
The only way to know is to shift through the data.
Heck, another way would be to discover how easy it is to register to vote.
Here is Kalifornia, I registered some 16 yrs. ago, simply based on the fact that I had a utilities bill as proof of residence.
So, how are the authorities going to check on my citizenship ? My state issued driver's license ? Those are now considered too easily obtained to be proof of citizenship by none other than the Feds under Zero.....
Last year, our legislature passed a law allowing people to register to vote via the internet. Want to guess how those who are suppose to check verified such registrations ? We went from about 62% of the state's voters voting to about 82%. Since we have an estimate voting population of 1/3 of our 39 million people, that's 16.3 million voters. Normally 10 million vote. But this time, we had 13.4 million voters. That's 3.4 million more than normal.
We have about 8 million illegals here.
And I'm not some college level researcher. E
